Description
I'm selling my copy of Catapilla Changes as I haven't listened to it for over 30 years. Bought in Manchester when released, it has no scratches and no discernible background hiss. It hasn't attended any wild hippy parties !! (We had a few back then.....) The head of the 'bug' managed to get a tear in it when it was nearly new (putting it back in a PVC LP dust sleeve!). Having done a bit of homework though, apparently I wasn't the only one who managed to almost decapitate the 'bug'!! I understand this LP is quite rare, so have included some pictures of the code numbers stamped on it. As you can see from the pictures, there is nearly no spindle scoring around the hole on either side. I see from images posted on the net that this album is often sold with the Vertigo inner sleeve - my sleeve is genuine from new as it wasn't first marketed with the Vertigo logo on. Bit of a 'faux pas' on my behalf back then - I wrote my name on the label in biro, but I believe this could be professionally removed without too much trouble. Hoping it goes to an appreciative home.
