The Balcony - 2015 vinyl album on Communion/Virgin Records (8742197812).  

The vinyl is in very good condition.  I would rate the vinyl as mint condition, except for a scratch on Side One that goes through all of track three, as well as parts of tracks two and four (we visually inspect vinyl, but do not play-grade.  

The gatefold sleeve has some scratching on the front and wear at the corners.

The interior of the gatefold contains written song lyrics.

Includes the original insert with printed song lyrics.

Includes the original download card, but I have no idea whether the code has already been used.

Shipping Discounts:  We offer great discounts on multiple item purchases.  If you are considering the purchase of multiple items, we will be happy to quote a combined shipping cost.  If you purchase more than one item, either allow us to send an invoice with the correct shipping discount before you make your payment, or we will refund any additional cost paid by the customer.
