GREAT CEIL CLAYTON LP on NORMAN Records NL-300 ( MONO, of course)
The cover has some light bubbling/cracking/spotting at the bottom front and spotting at the bottom on the back.. It appears this may have been from old water damage. In addition there is some flaking of the top edge on the back of the cover, which appears to be the back slick starting to peel( about 1/16 to 1/8 inch, most of the way across the top. Coming from the open side of the cover, there is a one inch split at the top edge and a 1/2 inch split at the bottom edge. The three small detail pictures refer to the front , back, and top back areas mentioned above.
The Record appears to be very close to Mint minus, but there are some very lite scuffs, so we hesitate to grade it top rank. The Side 1 label shows a hint of ring dirt along the inner ring, while Side 2 looks near new.( perhaps the previous owner played side 1 more?) The record will be shipped outside the cover, so as not to take chances on splitting.
Also included is an original 5 X 7 promo publicity still from Norman Records. This photo would be like new, except that when I hold it at an angle to the light, I see what appear to be two tiny light creases at the bottom left corner. One is approximately 1/8 up and across at the very corner, while the other goes diagonally thru "Clayton". Neither is evident when looking at the picture from staraight on, and this would look Phenomenal framed!! .
