This is the accepted press, 33rpm, lighter labels, blue/white sleeve. I was there when the box was opened and Ryan and Dan Foundation handed me this copy. I was on the label as well in another band so I vouch for its authenticity. Included is a large foldout poster insert. Not all of them had this poster so it is kind of cool. Frame it and say you have a personal keepsake from the band and not merely another store bought record. 

Mint as I never played it. I've heard these played a million times in practice.
