Description
Chan Romero – My Little Ruby, 1959 7” Columbia DB 4405.
This is a scarce copy of My Little Ruby / I Don’t Care Now by Chan Romero. It was released on the Columbia label in 1959 – DB 4405. The record has obviously been loved a lot as it is quite worn with all sorts of little scratches and scuffs. Visually it is only in around F+ or G- condition. However, there is nothing really horrible and (I know everyone says this but) because of the nature of the track it plays much better than it looks. There is some hiss and some if you care to listen out for any crackling you will find some but if you don’t the drumming on the song covers up any outside noise and you will not be disappointed if you bid and win. It will certainly go well in a collection until a perfect copy turns up. The record will be supplied in an original Columbia company cover.Postage in the UK is £1.
