This record is on ABC Records label with the catalog number AB-990 and, according to the internet, it was pressed at the Santa Maria plant and released in 1977. The record plays through loud and clear but has slight surface noise and song 5 on side A has a rough spot that produces ticking sound at the start before smoothing out (see picture). The cover and inner sleeve have extensive moisture stains and the inner sleeve has a small split at the bottom. The grade of this item is more like G+ than VG due to the moisture stains on the cover and sleeves and rough spot on side A.

These two records are on Barnaby Records label with a catalog number of 2 BR-6019.
This is a two-record set and is a collection of early Jimmy Buffett recordings recorded in Nashville before he moved to the beach at Key West. Sides A & B were previously released as Jimmy Buffett - Down To Earth. Sides C & D were previously released as Jimmy Buffett - High Cumberland Jubilee. The records show very little signs of being played and was taken care of very well. Record grading for these two records is more like VG+ than VG. However, the cover has ring and other areas of wear. It also has a hole punched in the lower left corner of the cover which indicates it most probably was sent back to the distributor for redistribution.

This record is on a MCA Records label with catalog number MCA - 1502.
According to internet research, this record was recorded at three studios, Sunset Sound, Air Studios, and Quad Studios, and was pressed at the Pinckneyville Plant and released in 1979. 
The record plays through loud and clear with no skips or jumps but does have very slight surface noise. The cover is slightly worn with most were at the corners and spline and the sleeve has some browning from age.

I offer free shipping so you will know the amount you bid, plus sales tax of course, is the amount you pay. Records and inner sleeves are placed outside the cardboard cover and placed inside a poly outer cover. Then it is placed between crisscrossed cardboard pads and shipped inside a 12" X 12" X 2" cardboard mailer.

Grading: 
I use the Goldmine Grading Guide, which is the universally accepted standard for representing the condition of physical music in the resale market. Brief description is listed below.
Mint (M): This grade is reserved for items that have never been played and are still factory sealed. However, I will not use this grade on sealed items unless they are brand new and have not aged in any way. 
Near Mint (NM): I use this grade when the item has not been opened or played but has signs of ageing to the packaging or other signs of wear such as bent corners on the cover, etc.
Very Good Plus (VG+):  The item will show some signs that it was played and handled by a previous owner who took good care of it. Any defects are of a cosmetic nature and do not affect the actual playback.
Very Good (VG): The item will have some defects such as, slight surface noise, scuffs, light scratches, more wear from being played many times. Also, the label or cover may have stickers, writing, or residue. However, a VG item will not have all of these problems at the same time.

Good (G) or Good Plus (G+): An item in Good (G) or Good Plus (G+) condition can be played through without skipping, but it will have significant surface noise, scratches, crackling, or visible wear. A container, cover, or sleeve may have scratches or seam splits, especially at the bottom or on the spine. Tape, writing, or other defects may also be present.
Poor (P), or Fair (F): The item is cracked, badly warped, and may not play through without skipping or repeating. The sleeve or cover could be cracked, water-damaged, and heavily marred by wear or writing. If it is a vinyl record, the album cover and inner sleeves are fully split, crinkled, and written upon. Any item I offer with this grade will most likely be used for display or art.
