Description

Jacket grade, type & note:

G, standard jacket; extensive splitting to seams repaired w/ transparent tape, some shelf and corner wear, writing on back of jacket, crease marks, no extra contents.

Disc grade, pressing details & note:

G, deep groove press, writing on labels, rare original 1958 issue of the Chantels debut w/ withdrawn 'plantation dress' jacket, worn disc, side one plays through with some surface noise and remains a decent listen, but side two sports a large number of particularly nasty scratches that cause distracting surface noise and serious tracking issues throughout, much of side two is essentially unplayable, rough! includes new generic inner sleeve.

All our discs are housed in white paper inner sleeves. LPs are stored and shipped outside of their jackets to avoid seam splits. Both jackets and discs are kept in thick 4 mil poly outer sleeves to protect them from dust and dirt. We pack all our discs securely in sturdy cardboard mailers and protect them with an appropriate amount of fillers and padding to prevent damage during shipment.
