Description
CHARLES MINGUS - THE BLACK SAINT AND THE SINNER LADY, Impulse A-35, mono, RVG in dead wax, glossy laminated gatefold jacket.
On this 1963 recording, the musicians are Rolf Ericson, Richard Williams (trumpet), Don Butterfield (tuba), Jerome Richardson (soprano sax, flute), Dick Hafer (tenor sax, flute), Charlie Mariano (alto sax), Jaki Byard (piano), Jay Berliner (guitar), Charles Mingus (bass), Dannie Richmond (drums).
This is one continuous work, the individual titles are Solo Dancer, Duet Solo Dancers, Group Dancers, Trio and Group Dancers, Single Solos and Group Dance, Group and Solo Dance.
Condition of record is E-, a couple of light scuffs, no scratches, a few spindle marks. Jacket shows some overall wear, no seam splits, lamination is peeling along some edges, name written inside.

M = Mint. Brand new, unplayed. We never use the term "mint" to describe a used record, no matter how clean the record is.
E = Excellent. Some evidence of having been played, with no audible defect. Shiny surface, no groove wear.
V = Very Good. Noticeable wear, visual and audible. Records with slight surface noise and/or scuffs fall into this category.
G = Good. Not really all that good. Records in this category have more significant damage or wear.
F = More severe damage, distracting surface noise. Only used in incidence of extreme rarity.
P = Poor condition, proves existence of record only.

We think that most buyers want to receive their winnings quickly, so we offer the fastest mail options and we pack our records very carefully in heavy duty mailers. Shipments are made on Saturday and Tuesday mornings. Records which have been paid for by 3:00 PM on the day before will be shipped on those days.
Postage within US $4.00 Media Mail, $9.00 Priority Mail (includes delivery confirmation & tracking).
Canada $12.00 First Class Mail International;
Overseas (Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa, South America) $22.00 First Class Mail International.
If you require any additional services such as insurance, registered mail or Priority Mail (for overseas customers), the costs will be your responsibility. Do not assume that we will pay for these services.
