Description

Mega rare original LP of Charles Mingus - Mingus Ah Um (Columbia 40648 - sterero) 1980s vintage edition - NOT a current re-issue! One of Mingus' best, this set also features Booker Ervin, Horace Parlan, Danny Richmond and others in an acknowledged classic that no serious jazz collector can be without.

The LP is in Mint/Near Mint condition with basically no marks to report and with likely all of the original shine - remarkable! The cover is in VG+/VG++ condition with minimal shelf/age wear and an original stamp on the back liner. NO splits, NO tape, NO writing, NO stickers. A very strong copy of a sought after classic.

The LP will be carefully packed using professional materials (over twenty years experience safely selling jazz LPs around the world).

Shipping discounts available for multiple items sent together to any country.

Mailing costs have gone up. Postal rates have increased dramatically, the cost of record mailers has increased and e-bay now charges a fee for mailing - in addition to payment fees on mailing payments. I have done what I can to keep mailing costs down, but I have no control over these increases.
International mailing costs: International overseas mailing to Europe for one LP would be $29.00. One LP to Japan, Southeast Asia and Australia would be $32.00. This reflects increases in postage costs, e-bay fees on mailing, payment fees on mailing as well as mailers and packing materials. One LP to Canada would be $25.00

US mailing costs: Media mail rate as calculated to a U.S. address. This reflects increases in postage costs, e-bay fees on mailing, payment fees on mailing as well as the cost of mailers and packing materials.

All items are guaranteed upon return in condition sent, but mailing costs are NOT refundable. Thanks for your interest and good luck.
