Notorious Bad World (Blood Records) "white powder" filled vinyl
Brat but it's completely different
Powder-filled vinyl was shipped in a PVC sleeve— which destroys records— so was immediately removed and placed in a standard white paper inner. Has otherwise not been removed/ never been played. 2nd vinyl came in shrink-wrapped, sticker-sealed sleeve and is unopened.
