Original Clef Records Lp pressing, #MG C-646, deep groove on both sides.

The vinyl looks clean but for one light needle mark... side 2 (B) plays without surface noise, real clean and sounds near mint. Side one (A), has the light needle mark and plays with some light static and sporadic ticks, sounds VG+. 

The cover is VG+, light ringwear front and back, the edges have nicks and dents and there's a 2 inch split in the bottom middle seam.
