Mega Rare 10" LP of Charlie Parker with Strings (Mercury  MGC-109 - mono)  Original black label edition with deep groove on both sides.  Early 10" session for Parker is a truly rare classic that no serious jazz collector can be without.

The LP is in VG+ condition with marks that will make noise, not for the audiophile, but not trashed either - actually surprisingly decent fo a sixty year old LP - still, you will hear noise on this one.  One of the labels is missing - the other one is still attached.  The David Stone Martin cover (which notes the LP number as MGC-509) is in VG+ condition with general age/shelf wear, and paper loss on the seams (though all seams are still holding together) - remarkabley, NO splits, NO tape, NO writing, NO stickers, NO stamps.  NOT perfect, but an extremely rare 10" artifact you're not likely to see again in any condition.  

The LP will be carefully packed using professional materials (over twenty years experience safely selling jazz LPs around the world).  Mailing costs as calculated below to a U.S. address.  Overseas winners will be quoted the appropriate mailing rate at the close of the auction.  Shipping discounts available for multiple items sent together.
