Description
I use the VJM grading scale for my records.
Side 1: "Monkey On A String" - Visual grade V-/V (has light scuffs/scratches in gloss with few scratches/needle marks that can be felt, couple of needle marks are a little deeper - see photo - some groove wear evident, still has a little shine, has about five small laminate cracks on outer edge that do not extend into playing surface) Audio grade V/V+ (plays clearly with audible - but not overpowering - surface noise/few pops, slight distortion on few loudest vocals)
Side 2: "White House Blues" - Visual grade V-/V (has light scuffs/scratches in gloss with few small scratches/needle marks that can be felt, some groove wear evident, still has a little shine, couple of very small laminate chips on edge) Audio grade V (plays clearly with audible - but not overpowering - surface noise/few pops, distortion on some loud vocals)
Overall this is a very presentable looking record that is very playable also. It has some surface noise but no other major issues. Would make a good quality filler for a collection. I have not done a detailed cleaning on this record.
