Description
Chet Baker “Chet” 1959 Deep Groove 1st pressing Riverside Records 92mm blue label / no “Inc.” on label (# RLP 12-299 mono) in a laminate cardboard sleeve. Catalog number is RLP 12-299 on labels and back cover, and 12-299 on front cover and spine. The record grading is Very Good Plus (VG+). The fidelity is superb. There’s some underlying light crackle on softer passages. The following is on the runout groove:

The outer case is also Very Good Plus (VG+). The front cover itself is EX - bright, smooth & vibrant, it looks close to new. The back cover only has some mild age wear. The top seam has a tiny <½” minor split at the opening and very slight wear at the corner. The spine, which features the “12-299” catalog #, is in EX condition; the bottom seam is also EX with only a minor ding near the opening. Overall, the cover is sturdy.
