This Issue: Front cover: original mustard-yellow background to artist photo, which is framed in a circle. "SS" logo upper left. Stylized "Solid State", lower left; "PRINTED IN U.S.A." below it. "STEREO" on top line, upper right, with "SS18039" underneath it. Back cover: same "SS" logo, upper left, with tracks listed to its right, in two columns. Large photo of sky and ocean, using the yin-yang symbol to shape it, takes up most of back. Lower left has boldface "Solid State" with Transamerica logo to its right. At bottom: "SOLID STATE" . . . Center Labels and Runouts:

Condition of Record: NM. No spindle wear nor any other signs of wear. Vinyl has a few factory-made smears. A bit of dust but should play like new. In original United Artists paper sleeve, which is also in very good condition.

Condition of Cover: Front looks very good; to see any ringwear at all, album must be tilted in light. Artist photo, all text clean, clear. Lower left corner bumped, paper a little worn right in corner. Both lower right corners (it's a gatefold) have triangular, factory-made cutout. (But paper sleeve doesn't.) Back cover also very good; very slight ringwear visible only if album tilted. Upper left corner a bit bent not bumped. Lower left corner has a little wear just above cutout. Spine very good, only a bit of wear at corners. Top horizontal edges worn some, for an inch and a half from closed end. Bottom horizontal edge has similar kind of wear toward open end. Nothing like splits.

I'm the original owner of the record. I have carefully kept it stored upright on a shelf, away from sunlight, in its sleeve and cover.

I'm an independent seller divesting his own record collection. I'm not selling from a store or warehouse, with multiple copies of titles, or on behalf of a professional collector.

Shipping: Ebay requires seller to indicate shipping methods and other particulars, then automatically inserts the cost at the top of the listing. Buyer will pay amount as determined by destination, by shipping method he chooses, and by required insurance (see: below); I don't gouge the price to make more profit. (USPS Media Mail is cheapest; I will provide prices for US Priority, or for FedEx or UPS ground, if requested.)

Insurance is mandatory on shipments to US addresses: The final price of the item determines the amount of insurance required. Please wait till I inform you of your total cost prior to submitting payment. It and not Ebay's stated cost is the amount to be paid.

**For winners outside US**: USPS shipping options are International Priority and International Express. Both methods include insurance but only Express provides a return receipt. (Check USPS's website for shipping prices.) If you want a private-company shipper, I will quote you the cost at end of auction. First-Class-Package service, which doesn't include insurance, is an option; the shipping cost will be lower, but if your item doesn't arrive you have no recourse. The risk is yours.

Packing: The LP will be carefully placed in the standard cardboard LP box. If you want cardboard inserts for extra reinforcement, please say so.

Payment: Although Ebay now processes payments directly, I also accept Paypal. I accept cash in cases of in-person deliveries.

Returns: Returns will be accepted in cases of error in description.

N A record known to have never been played. A CD that has never been removed from its jewel case.

NM A record or CD known or assumed to have been played. LP may have a surface fingerprint smudge or other minor blemish; it may have slight spindle wear. CD might have been played, but it and its booklet, and its case (or box), show little if any wear. Otherwise, item appears same as N in all respects.
VG++ More handling marks than on NM but should play like new. VG+ Some wear may affect play or there may be a few minor blemishes.
VG More than a few blemishes; may have a scratch. If so, will be described in detail.
