The further adventures of El ChicoOriginal US Promo LP released in 1966 on the white & Black Impulse Records label. Cat: A9114. This album is in MONO.Comes in heavy weight gatefold sleeve.
Over the next several months we have the pleasure of listing a spectacular vinyl collection of over 6000 LP's. This collection consisting of mostly Jazz but also Blues, Folk ,Rock, Soundtracks and Classical was kept in amazing condition. Most of the records were played once, transferred to tape for listening and then stored away in cliplock sealed bags in specially made cupboards. The overall condition of this collection is sublime to say the least and whatever items I list as Near Mint you can be assured that it was probaly only ever played once!! Over the last few weeks you may have noticed some of the lovely jazz & rock titles I have listed, these are just the tip of the iceberg here. I hope you enjoy seeing these listings as much as I have in offering them.
Introducing many top young players during his years as a bandleader, but few probably realise that Larry Coryell made his recording debut with Chico a year before joining Gary Burton's quartet on this album. Also heard on this set are altoist Arnie Lawrence, bassist Richard davis, organist Ernie hayes (on two numbers) and, on his spirited boogaloo "For mods only" Archie Shepp making a rare appearance on piano. Most of the performances still sound surprisingly fresh, esepcially the explorative "A trip" making this an underrated but worthy release.

There is a small pencil mark on A-side label and a small pen mark on B-side label. There are no signs of spindle marks on labels. Record is stunning and in Near Mint condition. Heavy weight full gloss cover has a few light marks and some light age spots on back and is in Excellent condition.

Wrapping method: All records are sent in stiff cardboard mailers then wrapped in brown paper and sealed around edges with brown packaging tape. Records are taken out of sleeve to avoid seam splits and ring wear.
Post methods within Australia: All records are posted via Australia Post. Within Australia all items come with a tracking number.
Post method for overseas: All parcels are sent via Australia Post and are sent on a standard airmail service. There are no tracking numbers on these items. If you require a tracking number the item will have to be sent as an insured item which incurs a further postage fee.
