Very limited 7" single in pop-up sleeve by Night Of The Vinyl Dead, hand-numbered 032/250
The sleeve was autographed by Chris Holmes at the Diversamente Rock IV festival concert appearance in Milan Italy 07/17/2016
Firsthand item, the autographs were obtained in-person before the concert.
