Chess LP 1426
Mono original 1957 US pressing
Record in VG visual condition but plays a very nice VG+ The surfaces have scattered light scuffs and stylus lines, but there is nothing heavier than that. It doesn't have the loud pressing hiss which a bit of Chess trademark as they often used cheap vinyl. There is some light surface crackle which comes through more in the mellower tracks but never dominates the music, while the harder rocking tracks sound fantastic.
Cover in Excellent condition. There's a 1 cm split at the bottom/open corner, but rest of the seams/spine are totally intact with all text crystal clear. Clean on the front and back as well, looks fantastic overall.
