Description
CHUCK BERRY 78RPM RECORD ON CANADIAN "QUALITY" LABEL
SIDE ONE - ROCK N ROLL MUSIC
SIDE 2 -DEEP FEELING
Nice copy with some small scratches and scuff marks. A side plays clean through with some slight background noise, mainly on first few seconds of intro. B side plays clean through but because it is a quiet instrumental track, the background noise is a bit more noticeable. There are no major scratches, chips, cracks or sound distortion. Overall I would rate it as a 6/7 out of 10. Would probably suit someone with a vintage jukebox, Pye Black Box or Dansette type record player. All things considered, I feel I have put this in with a fair starting bid. The record has been test played on my vintage Grundig Radiogram which has been fitted with a brand new stylus.
NOTE FOR ALL POTENTIAL BIDDERS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING I AM WELL VERSED IN POSTING 78s SO ANY POTENTIAL BIDDER CAN BE ASSURED THE BEST CARE WILL BE GIVEN TO THE PACKING OF THEIR RECORD. IF YOU ARE A FIRST TIME BUYER OF 78s OR NOT FAMILIAR WITH THIS FORMAT, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE SOUND QUALITY MAY NOT BE THE SAME AS A SIMILAR VINYL RECORDING. IN SOME CASES THERE MAY BE A LITTLE BACKGROUND NOISE AND THE ODD POP/CRACKLE HERE AND THERE. ALTHOUGH I MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO BUY THE BEST QUALITY 78s I CAN FIND, AND CLEAN ALL MY 78s BEFORE SENDING THEM, HOWEVER, DUE TO THEIR VERY NATURE, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PLAYING THEM ON A "HIGH END" SOUND SYSTEM.
HAPPY BIDDING
