Chuck Berry - St. Louis to Liverpool
An original 1964 US mono pressing of this classic album on the Chess label.
Cover: Excellent Clean, colourful and in incredible condition for its age, this has been handled very little. There is a tiny staple punch in the H of Chuck Berry, you wouldn't notice it unless looking for it. The back cover has some light age spots. Please inspect the photos carefully as I've tried to show as much as possible from all angles.
Record: Very Good+ The record has some light scuffing to the last two tracks on the B-side but thankfully they don't sound. On both sides there are visible sleeve-removal marks, scuffs and hairlines. In some places the record surface still retains some shine and lustre. The labels are clean and have some minor spindle wear.
Playback is superb. The whole record plays perfectly throughout and sounds loud and dynamic. The quietest track 'Merry Christmas Baby' had this crackle that was so soft and faint in the background it didn't even register until I stopped to listen for it. The loud cut on this pressing definitely helps drown out any potential background noise and it is a fantastic copy for listening to.

When packing the records are removed from their cover and, if necessary, placed in separate protective liners to ensure no bumping around during transit.
