The item is pre-owned and is in very good overall condition but the sleeve does show some specific areas of wear. The are two torn areas on the inside of the Gatefold that must have been adhesive since two areas about the size of a quarter on both surfaces have been damaged. Otherwise the cardboard sleeve is in very good condition with minimal wear on the covers, edges and corners. Visual observation indicates no major scratches on the record surfaces. The paper sleeves are in very good condition also with no tears and minimal folds. The record is unplayed.
