Description
This auction is for the vinyl record "Frost and Fire" by Cirith Ungol released in the US in 1981 by Liquid Flame Records with Catalog number LF001. I had the album's cover SIGNED by cover artist Michael Whelan approximately 8 years ago, and he wrote “Hail Chaos!” above his signature.
Discogs identifies this as the second pressing from original label Liquid Flames Records, as album has these identifiers:

Vinyl record is in Mint condition; no scratches, skips, etc. I played it shortly before writing this description and the only “flaw” was 2 ticks during the first song. An inspection of the vinyl did not show any reasons for those 2 ticks though. (ie. No scratches, nothing stuck to the vinyl, etc.)
Record sleeve is in what I would consider to be Near Fine condition. No rubbing or wear, but there are some crease lines in the lower-left of the bottom edge and at the sleeve's spine. There was also a piece of scotch tape that had someone become stuck to the front cover......even though I've had this album in a plastic sleeve since the day I bought it new. (Can't remember doing that, but hey – I've had this for about 36 years now. Crap, I'm getting old!) I tried removing the tape and was able to get the majority of it off but stopped when a tiny spot of green cover came off with it. Anyway, please see close-up photos to see the extent of these flaws.
