Description

The Clash's classic triple LP Sandinista. This is a UK first pressing with the  catalogue number FSLN 1. The vinyls are in near mint condition, and it comes complete with the 'Armagideon Times' insert
The matrix numbers are:

  • FSLN 1 A-5
  • FSLN 1 B-3
  • FSLN 1 C-4
  • FSLN 1 D-5
  • FSLN 1 E-5
  • FSLN 1 F-5
Condition
Grading is based on a visual assessment under strong light and a partial play-through.

  • The records grade as near mint (NM). There are just a couple of very light hairline marks visible under strong light.
  • The sleeve is in excellent (Ex) condition. The spine is uncreased and fully readable, and there is no ring wear. The corners are sharp, and the is no edge wear as is has been in a protective poly sleeve all its life. The original cover sticker is still present (on most copies, this has been removed). The top edge has been compressed slightly, leaving a crease (see pics). There is a small crease parallel to the opening edge and a small tear (0.5cm). If not for these minor defects, the sleeve would be NM.
  • The insert is in very good (VG) condition. There is one small corner crease and a small tear (about 2 inches) along one fold. That said, it's still in very nice condition.
  • Both record and sleeve are in a new protective 450 gauge poly outer sleeve.
