Label is "767 Lexington Ave NYC" and deep groove on both sides. "RVG", "The Ear" aka "P" and "9M"  in the runout on both sides.  Record is flat edge.  Address on back cover is "767 Lexington Ave, New York 21".  No writing on spine.

Record looks VG++ and plays overall VG+.  No scratches.  Just a few very light marks.  Grooves look like record has been played but are not gray or spread.  Loud passages and most of record plays VG++.  The ballad "You Go To My Head" plays VG-ish. 

Cover is VG-, maybe VG.

Front cover has heavy wear. Small pieces of laminate missing at the edges. Heavy wear at corners and seams. Laminate torn and damaged at top seam. Bottom seam split app 3 inches and untaped.  Back cover has heavy wear, ring wear and staining at spine. Stamp on back and a prive written in red crayon.  Triangular stain at top.
