Description

This is the original deep groove “P”- pressing of Clifford Brown “New Star on the Horizon” on the Lexington Ave. labels of Blue Note BLP 5032.  The flat rim playing surface is virtually in new condition, with a high luster; perhaps played once, if at all.  The coated frame cover is in excellent condition – bright and clean throughout – with just light rubbing along the seams; 1/8” wear on the bottom seam, at the corners.  Personnel include Gigi Gryce, Charlie Rouse, John Lewis, and Art Blakey.  $200.00.
