British 1963 release of the original soundtrack to Walt Disney's 1952 film "The Story of Robin Hood and His Merrie Men".

It features music by British composer Clifton Parker as well as the voices of the original stars of the film – Richard Todd with Peter Finch and James Robertson Justice. Narrated by Dal McKennon.

Condition (refer also to notes at bottom):
Vinyl – VG. A clean surface showing no major wear. Just one or two light scuffs marks on each side which don't affect playback. Played just pre-listing and sound clarity is very good throughout. The narration vocals are especially bright. Minor static and some surface noise due in no small part to the inherent quality of the original film soundtrack recording on this pressing.
Outer Sleeve (Cover) – VG. Colours remain bright and unfaded. Superb laminated front. A few minor vein-like creases in from edges and spine and in bottom right corner and top centre. Aperture shows obvious wear but no tears here. Spine is clean and intact. Corners are curved through denting and wear. Top and bottom edges remain undamaged apart from some wear in top left. Reverse side is quite clean overall. Some soiling in places and yellowing on aperture lip as well as inner areas of flipbacks. Overall, a nice example.
Inner sleeve – VG. Original. White paper with curved corners. Usual design of album catalogue thumbnails on both sides. A few folds through normal handling. Clean and intact.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.

POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
