The track 'Sit Down' (Watch Me Cry) has a scratch that covers half the track, the rest of LP is VG+ condition with some minor surface marks

Record audio condition = VG/VG+

Sit Down (Watch Me Cry) has a scratch that ticks lightly for about half the track, hence VG grade above All other tracks play VG+, some getting close to Excellent This is a really great playing copy of this record, certainly much better than most other copies that have surfaced
