Description
Up for auction is a rare original deep groove mono pressing of the Coleman Hawkins ‘All Stars' LP on Swingville Prestige Records SVLP-2005. Other musicians include Joe Thomas, Vic Dickenson, Tommy Flanagan, Wendell Marshall, and Osie Johnson.
Record info:
Strong VG+ with some minor surface noise. It plays great!
Cover info:
Strong VG+ with solid seams. The only real flaw is an artwork tear on back cover of the artwork slick at the bottom (where the label address is). The back cover has a 'Review Copy' promo stamp.
Label / Pressing info:
Original red label deep groove press with RVG stamp on both sides in the dead wax area.
Buy with confidence. I grade conservatively. I’ve been selling vinyl since 1976. All records are cleaned with a VPI professional record cleaner and are shipped with records outside the covers to avoid seam damage.
Shipping for US customers is $4 for media mail or $10 for Priority mail. For high value items I would recommend adding insurance.
International shipping will be $18. I reserve the right to request registered or courier mail for high value items and to some countries (Italy, Brazil, Russia) due to the unreliability of their postal services.
