A collection of 102 vinyl singles from the early Merseybeat era, dating from 1962 to 1963. I have included a list of all the records and you will see that it is truly a hits collection. All the records have been play tested and have been graded as at least Good, with most VG and VG+. It includes records from the icons of the Merseybeat era including; The Beatles, Gerry & The Pacemakers, The Fourmost, The Merseybeats and Billy J Kramer. It also includes early singles from other emerging groups and singers, including; The Rolling Stones, Dusty Springfield, Dave Clark Five and The Hollies.
I am selling my collection of around 1000 vinyl singles that I have amassed since the 1960s. Many I bought from new and others were added during the 1980s. These I only played once or twice as I recorded them on to cassettes to create my own playlists. Since then they have been stored vertically in boxes. It took me years to do this and now you can create playlists in a few minutes on Spotify, but is not as much fun! Some of the records I will be selling individually, whilst most are being sold in boxes containing around 100 7” discs. These are in chronological order covering all of the eras from the 1950s to the 1980s.
All of the records have been play tested and I have omitted any that wouldn’t play without skipping or repeating. The records would benefit from being cleaned. All of the discs have either their original sleeve or a generic blank cover. The sleeves are also at least Good.
