Collectors!! In The Garden - Weatherford Quartet LP - Record in Excellent Condition.

The gospel album that started it all! This release of gospel favorites, recorded by the famed Weatherford Quartet and produced by Chet Atkins for RCA Victor, was a watershed in American music. Still regarded as a classic, it raised the standard for gospel music recording.

This is a reissue of the original 1959 recording, this time in glorious stereo! Sorry, the release date appears to be unknown, but I'm guessing circa 1960.
I haven't played this disc (afraid to, without a new stylus!) but I have scrutinized both surfaces, and the record looks pristine. The cover shows its age, a small split at the top corner on the open edge, but the liner is perfect and everything is complete as issued. I'm not an expert, but unofficially I'd say the overall condition is Very Good.
