Columbia Personal Record #140-P: Guy Lombardo and His Royal Canadians play a good side on "She'll Come Along" backed by "Living On Love". V+ to E- condition record, plays great but has a added runoff grooves at the end on both sides. Unusual personal recording made by the Lombardo Orchestra for "The Golden Dog" which was a production of the Princeton Triangle Club that premiered at the opening of the McCarter Theater on February 21, 1930. It marked the beginning of a "Golden Period" for the club, contributing to the success of many Broadway and Hollywood stars including a young Jimmy Stewart. The show's debut coincided with the inauguration of the McCarter Theatre, a new, permanent home for the Triangle Club. Will combine multiple purchases to save on shipping.
