- Record: VG++VG+ (Side 2 has faint surface noise, can still hear clearly)
- Labels: VG++VG++
- Sleeve: VGVG (Wear along the edges and corners with tape on the back bottom edge. Surface wear on the front and back)
- Book: VG- (First page was torn and taped. The center section of the book has come away from the staples. Some creases on the pages.
- Poster: VG (Deep creases from folding, along with some tiny tears at the edge of the folds. There is tape on the back along the folds. There are a few other creases, but the poster is so colorful, the creases sort of blend in)
