Description

Up for sale is this fine example of the AFRS radio program Command Performance #218 from 1944. Command Performance was only broadcast to the troops overseas and always featured the best talent the US had to offer. This program has Fred Allen, Ginny Simms, Paul Lucas, Jack Benny, Eddie (Rochester) Anderson, The Sportsmen, Portland Hoffa and Martha Mears. If you were to listen to Command Performance #135 you would find that it is the exact same program as #218. It is unknown why AFRS would re-issue this program on a different number.
