Description

You are looking at the Congo's 1977 Heart of the Congos LP - This is from the classic period of Lee Perry's Black Ark studio and has never being available on CD. There is the first very different mix and is rare as hen's teeth

The quality of the disk is excellent - all the songs play strong and clear but their is very occasional background crackle. I would be very surprised if you can find a clearer copy than this - it is over 30 years old! The sleeve is in really good nick - some ring wear and made in Jamaica stamps are present but it is in really good condition

EXTRA sound clip added - I chose a song to make it really clear that this is not the later versions of this wonderful LP. If you need further clips get in touch

Buy with confidence - I have 100% feedback and plan to keep it. If you have any questions do not hesitate to get in touch. If you need a postage quote get back to me - the price listed is generated by ebay and will only be accurate for the UK so ask before you buy

Any bidders with less than 20 feedback cannot bid without asking me first.
