You are bidding on a tough to find Conor Oberst/Bill Hoover split 7" from 1996, put out on the Sing Eunuchs! label out of Omaha, Nebraska.  I believe this to be the very very 1st record Conor Oberst (under his various band names/pseudonyms) ever released.  The back of the sleeve depicts Bill Hoover (as the monster) about to eat Conor Oberst (the baby).  It is said that Bill Hoover was one of the 1st to recognize Conor's talent and had this record made.  I've played this only a handful of times over the years i've owned it.  It is in very good condition and includes insert.  Please see my other auctions for other bright eyes related stuff.
