This is the extremely rare and long out of print Conor Oberst (Bright Eyes) cassette titled "The Soundtrack to My Movie." It was released in 1995 on the Omaha, NE label Sing, Eunuchs! in a very limited release--I believe 500 or less were printed. According to Wikipedia, "The Soundtrack to My Movie is the third album by Conor Oberst, and the last one to be released under his own name. It was a cassette only release on Omaha, Nebraska indie label Sing, Eunuchs!. The songs were recorded to four-track in Oberst's basement during the same sessions that produced the first Bright Eyes album, A Collection of Songs Written and Recorded 1995-1997. "Your Tightrope" is an early version of the Bright Eyes song "Act of Contrition". "Flying J" is a live, full band version of "J-Bone" from Here's to Special Treatment. I bought this tape from Conor himself and the cassette has been carefully stored ever since. It's been played only a few times and is in mint condition. This is the real deal and a must own for any Conor or Bright Eyes fans. Keep your eyes open for more hard-to-find Conor Oberst/Bright eyes auctions to come. Paypal or money order preferred.
