Converge - You Fail Me on red/black stripe out of 642.  Long OOP. 
I'm the original owner and have only played this copy a couple times.  I've had multiple versions since it came out so I may have not ever played this at all for all I know.  I guess that's how it goes sometimes.
Both the record and the cover are in great condition, basically new.
Email with any questions.  The record will come shipped outside of the cover (in the dust sleeve) and with an extra piece of cardboard in the box for protection.
