Ich bin nicht sicher, ob die Scheibe überhaupt mal gelaufen ist, jedenfalls würde ich den Zustand des Covers als irgendwo zwischen EX und VG sehen während das Vinyl nahezu makellos (near mint) ist.

I am not sure whether the record has ever been played, however I would rate the condition of the cover as VG (at least) while the Vinyl is nearly perfect (NM).
