Description
This is Clef Records MG C148, Count Basie Big Band a black, deep groove trumpet label original mono issue. The record is in VG++ condition, showing only light marks, that do not effect the play. the record plays quietly throughout. Remarkable for a record this old. The wonderful, iconic David Stone Martin cover is excellent and intact. The labels are excellent as well with no spindle marks. The record has been cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12. An excellent collector's grade copy of this rare original issue.
