This is a very rare Counting Crows LP of their third studio album 'This Desert Life'.  This is new, in mint condition and has never been played.  Please see the track listing below:

The album comes with 2 discs, both with protective covers, and also contains an insert detailing the songs and includes the words.  The cover of the album is in great condition however please note that the top left-hand corner of the cover has a small piece cut away.  This was like this when I bought the album and has not damaged the LP in any way.
