I've been collecting records for 36 years. It's time to start selling some.
Up for bid is a RARE original release from 1960 on the Simon Says label distributed by Polydor Records(M-32). It is a Canadian pressing. Original TV characters created by Bob Kane(creator of Batman) in the story of "Around The World In A Daze". COURAGEOUS CAT was a cartoon series that ran from 1960-1962. It followed the adventures of Courageous Cat and Minute Mouse, characters that strongly resembled the superhero crime-fighting team of Batman and Robin(hence, the resemblence in very large part due to Bob Kane). The campy cartoon series has long had a cult following and COURAGEOUS CAT is soon to be made into a live-action/CGI film due out in the near future. It is currently in early production stages. Undoubtedly, the movie will be surrounded with great interest because of Bob Kane and the Batman connection. Thus, that will make an item such as this lp a sought after collectible. Get it before the hype!
