Condition of records & album cover is MINT!!! NEVER OPENED!!! NEVER PLAYED!!!

STILL FACTORY SEALED IN  CELLOPHANE WRAPPER!!!

Old store stock from Hart's Record Shop in St. Paul, Minnesota which closed in 1952. Hart Callender also served as a distributor for a consortium of 11 local independent record stores, so there are duplicates of some titles. His inventory has been in storage ever since.
