Description
For auction, one of the rarest of all UK vinyl folk releases - Warp Factor by Craig McLearie. One of only 99 copies cut to keep under the tax threshold of 1979, and probably only ever sold at gigs.
On the Wealden label (WS187), a studio in Tonbridge, Kent, more famous for it's church music recordings and Wyndrush - Let it Shine, an even rarer album than this.
I'm no record collector or dealer so cannot grade this as they would, suffice to say the vinyl is immaculate. I've played it with my headphones on and there's not a scratch or a crackle to be heard. The internal sleeve is immaculate, the cover excellent, with just a few tiny blemishes on the back and front. The cardboard is firm and the corners are sharp......and of course, it's signed 'To Simon, Kathy, Helen and Caroline, Love, Craig' on the front! The sleeve is handmade with glued on picture and no peeling.
What more can I say? It looks and sounds unplayed, rarely seen for sale on ebay and your chance to own an ultra rare UK psych/rock/folk classic. A stunning copy!
I'm not accustomed to sending vinyl through the post but rest assured it will be well packed, tracked and insured.
