Description
A UK 1st pressing of Fresh Cream on the Reaction label in stereo. Matrix A1/B1. Please note track 4 on side 2 holds the publishing credit 'Essex Music' - indicative of 1st press. The heavy set vinyl comes housed in an original 'mono' Ernest J Day cover from 1966. The only difference is the format code in the top right corner - please see pic. Also included is the original inner sleeve from the time...
Vinyl (Ex/Ex-) A superb copy which has only seen relatively light use. Under close inspection there are a few light marks either side- nothing troublesome though. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are nice and quiet and the audio comes across with great clarity. Interference is both minor and infrequent. All we could detect was a couple of crackles in the odd isolated moment. And these, believe me, are very minor and insignificant. You'll have to go some to beat this copy for audio ..and then you will have to lay down a 'bundle of $$$' to secure it. A not just satisfying performance, but a seriously impressive one!
Cover (Vg) This example is about average condition for those that surface, as many can be quite tatty by this stage. Nice clean front with a bit of creasing at the extremities. The rear is always the problem area and, whilst not terrible, this copy is exhibiting some ageing on the rear. There's a fair bit of edge wear in places. The spine is very worn, but at no point has it worn through.
Inner (Ex-) Two tiny seam splits. One has been taped up. No other issues.
Any purchase is guaranteed to get to you quickly, safely, and with total satisfaction, or your money back.
