Description: This is scarce Japanese Early Pressing copy ( released in 1969 or a little later ) of their masterpiece album. Their double album ( Wheels of Fire ) was issued separately in Japan as “Live at the Fillmore” with gold cover, and “in the Studio” with silver cover. Insert is not originally issued for this album. Instead, the gate-fold cover shows inside “Japanese description”, “English lyrics” & “Track-List”. “Nippon Grammophon” letters are not on the cover & label, but “Polydor”. Though obi is missing, it’s still hard to find this item even in my country. Scarce item from far east to serious collector.

 

 

 

 

Condition: VG/VG+ (Cover/Disc)

 

 

 

COVER: Cover is good in condition, except for lightly creased spine. It has partial ring-wear in upper portion of back, while being lightly stained on the top-rim nside gate-fold. It's lightly scraped on the top & right-rims of back, otherwise no tear, edge-wear, dent, strip & writing...OK.

 

DISC: Disc is good in condition, keeping glossy. It has a few slight scuffs on Side A, and some in part with a few slight hairlines on Side B. There’re several spindle-marks on each label. It has otherwise none of any scratch & hairline, which is to be rated as "VG+". There’re also light patterned marks on each “inner-groove”, but they don’t affect the sound.

 

OBI: OBI is missing.

 

INSERT: INSERT is not originally issued for this item.
