Description

I purchased this album in the secondary market with the vinyl being advertised as never having been played.  As I do with albums that I resell I listened to the album through the Grado’s to ensure no issues and the sound was perfect. I did a very light cleaning of the vinyl and did find a few very minor surface marks that in no way impacted the sound which was as dynamic as you would expect it to be.  This having been said I can’t listen to ‘Run Through The Jungle’ without thinking about The Big Lebowski; One listen to this cut of that track and The Dude would abide! Numerically I will score this vinyl a 97 based on the audio and visual inspection. 

The jacket is more along the lines of very good plus (although it was advertised as excellent and maybe it is having been released in 1980) and based on my own inspection of the jacket I cannot bring myself to score it an 80 or higher based on the nature of the wear evidenced in the pictures.  This isn’t to say that the jacket is in bad condition but it certainly doesn’t match the top flight quality of the album.  The spine is clean, the seams are all tight and to suggest the quality to be in the upper end of the very good scale is appropriate. The corners do show wear, there are some small random dimples on the cover, and a thin brush line across the cover.  This being said I believe the numerical score to be a 77.  If you want additional pictures, please let me know.
