Description
Creedence Cleawater Revival "Cosmo's Factory"
This is an original US vinyl pressing on Fantasy 8402 from 1970. This is the 1st pressing on thick vinyl and the deep blue labels.
This is the fifth album be CCR. It's another rock and roll/blues masterpiece. Every song is a classic, with a rock solid rhythm section, great guitars and the best voice in rock 'n' roll. It had three double A sided hit singles that charted : 'Travelin' Band' and 'Who'll Stop The Rain' ( #2 on 2/7/70), 'Up Around The Bend' and 'Run Through The Jungle' (#4 5/2/70), and 'Lookin' Out My Back Door' and 'Long As I Can See The Light' ( #2 on 8/15/70). This album also has the amazing tempo changing song 'Ramble Tamble', the cool cover 'Ooby Dooby', and the eleven minute masterpiece 'I Heard It Through The Grapevine'. Four songs are covers and seven songs are John Fogerty originals. It was produced and arranged by John Fogerty.

(This album is so good, that it's hard to find in near mint condition ) The labels are clean with no spindle marks. The record comes in a plain white inner sleeve.

Packaging :
I take great care on every package and I do each one personally. I will package this record between two pieces of hand cut cardboard. One sheet is 5/8 inch thick triple strength industrial cardboard. The other sheet is 1/4 inch double strength cardboard. Together they are very strong and unbendable. ( Even the postmen comment on how strong this cardboard is ! ) I always remove the record from the cover and seal them in a clear plastic album sleeve. The package will be marked in red : "Fragile Record" on both sides.
