Labels are yellow with multi-colors with black writing

• Sleeve:  VG+VG+ (Slight crease on both sides from the record. Tiny crease at the corners. Tiny brown spot on the front bottom edge) 
• Record:  VG+VG (Side 1 has faint surface noise, Side 2 has surface noise, can still hear clearly on both sides)  
• Labels: VG++VG++
