Description

Cripple Creek Ranch Hands 12” Metal acetate 78

Big Sandy b/w Lime Rock  KTBC Radio Station Demo label from Austin Texas  Recording date unknown, probably late 40s. This demo acetate was found in 4 Star warehouse  The playing grooves start from the inside out and in VG+++ condition.

On the labels it has “no”, so they thought that these were no good and didn’t issue these sides.

They are two priceless, beautiful Western Swing Bluegrass sides

It must have stood in 4 Star studio warehouse untouched and unplayed for over 75 years.

You can hear samples of both sides taken from this 12” demo by clicking the player below-.
