The result is a less concentrated but more kinetic creation; Young swims through the celestial harmonies of rock's best  trio.  With classics like "Almost Cut My Hair" DÉJÀ VU is teeming with early '70s FM staples, including "Helpless," "Teach Your Children," , the hit "Woodstock" (penned by Joni Mitchell) , "Our House" and much more.

TONIGHT'S THE NIGHT - Most people will have heard of Neil Young in some context. Clichéd terms like "godfather of grunge" are thrown around often. A brief history lesson will tell you how Neil Young shot to moderate fame as member of Buffalo Springfield in the 60's. His solo career didn't gain commercial success until he was recruited to join Crosby, Stills and Nash on the album DÉJÀ VU.

His commercial zenith was then reached with the album HARVEST. However, it was only after a series of personal upheavals that he released three uncharacteristic albums (ON THE BEACH, TIME FADES AWAY and TONIGHT’S THE NIGHT ) that divided fans and critics about the creation of his most groundbreaking and appealing works.

TONIGHT’S THE NIGHT is the embodiment of a wake in an album. His enigmatic Crazy Horse collaborator Danny Whitten died from a heroin overdose, as did roadie Bruce Berry. -- that the songs are tequila-fueled, beautiful and honest.
